Questions about domain names

No. You can host your site with us while keeping your domain at your current registrar. We provide the DNS information to configure. Transfer is an option, not a requirement.
Typically 5 to 7 days. Your site stays online throughout the transfer — the process doesn't affect your current hosting.
Yes, included at no additional cost on all domains registered with us. Some registrars charge separately for it — we don't.
With automatic renewal enabled, your domain renews without any action on your part. Without automatic renewal, you receive multiple notices before expiration. An expired domain enters a 30-day grace period before being publicly released.

Questions about billing and payments

Credit card, bank transfer, and check on a case-by-case basis. Billing is managed via our client area. You can add and manage your payment methods directly.
Displayed prices are before tax. Applicable taxes (GST/QST) are added based on your situation at the time of billing.
Annual billing offers a reduced rate compared to monthly. The annual prices shown on our plans correspond to the monthly cost spread over 12 months, billed upfront at the start of the period.
No. Our services have no long-term commitment. Annual billing commits you for one year, but without an imposed automatic renewal contract.
Reseller partners receive a commission on resold services. Billing and specific terms are established when the partnership is set up.

Questions about security and Law 25

Contact us immediately via the contact form selecting 'Security' as the subject. We assess the situation quickly and propose a remediation approach. Malware cleanup is a service we provide regularly.
Law 25 requires a consent banner for cookies, a compliant privacy policy, and an opt-out mechanism. That's the starting point. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Gold, E-Commerce, and Shield monitoring plans benefit from extended support until 9 PM. Infrastructure monitoring is active 24/7.
