Transactional email is a sending-only service — it doesn't create inboxes. It handles emails generated automatically by your WordPress site (confirmations, notifications, forms). Professional email, on the other hand, manages the @yourname.com mailboxes you check daily in webmail or Outlook. Both services are complementary and many clients use them together.
Yes, natively. Integration is done via WP Mail SMTP or an equivalent plugin — setup guided by our team in under 15 minutes. Compatible with WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms and all plugins that send emails through WordPress.
WordPress uses your hosting server's PHP mail() function by default, which isn't optimized for sending and has no dedicated sender reputation. Spam filters on major platforms (Gmail, Outlook) heavily penalize this type of sending. A dedicated SMTP service with a reputable IP and SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication resolves this issue in the vast majority of cases.
Each email sent counts as 1 send, regardless of the number of CC recipients. If you send an order confirmation to a single client, that's 1 send. If you exceed your monthly volume mid-month, additional sends are billed at a decreasing rate based on your plan.
This service is optimized for transactional email (1 email to 1 recipient at a time). For mass sends like newsletters or marketing campaigns to lists of hundreds or thousands of contacts, we recommend a dedicated email marketing tool.
